Threat to Property

Coombe Abbey contains many historic artefacts.   Under NO circumstances should any items of furniture or property belonging to Coombe Abbey be damaged or moved.   Clients are advised that appropriate action will be taken to protect the property, its contents and employees, if threatened in any way by the action of clients, entertainers, contractors, guests or other representatives.

Personal Liability

Persons attending the Conference and Exhibition (including House, Park and Gardens) do so at their own risk and on the understanding that neither Coombe Abbey nor Third Party Insurance Cover of either Coombe Abbey or The PROFIBUS Group extends to activities by clients or their invitees participating in any vehicles or equipment.

General

Coombe Abbey and The Organisers will not be liable for any failure to provide or delay in providing facilities, services food or beverage as a result of events or matters outside its control.

Visitors will be expected to comply with the reasonable requests and directions of Coombe Abbey and PROFIBUS Group staff.

In the event of any dispute, the dispute will be considered and a decision made by the most senior Coombe Abbey and PROFIBUS Personnel on duty.
