Personal profile
Dennis has a degree in Microelectronics and is the general manager and contact person of PROFIBUS Center Netherlands. He has more than 12 years of PROFIBUS experience and is the driving force for putting PROFIBUS technology in the Dutch market.
Dennis represents PROFIBUS Center Netherlands on international meetings, trade fairs, seminars and has been responsible for the establishment of the PROFIBUS Center, the testlab and the ISO 9001 quality system. The Dutch RPA uses his experience for advisory purposes and numerous magazines ask him to write articles.
Dennis has been involved in many PROFIBUS projects and has developed the PROFIBUS training courses. He is also responsible for leading the emergency trouble shooting team which is send out when end-users need immediate assistance with their PROFIBUS applications.

Ing. Paulo Mendes Silva
|
Personal profile
Paulo has a degree in Microelectronics and is the main protocol and profile tester of the testlab. He has an enormous experience in embedded programming and has written software for a vast number of certified PROFIBUS devices.
His expertise lies in PROFIBUS PA profiles and DP-V1. Paulo has developed several DP/DP-V1 masters for PCs and embedded systems. For this reason he has also been responsible for writing the Acyclic DP and DP-V1 test tools for the PROFIBUS Test Laboratory.
For the training courses of PROFIBUS Center Netherlands, Paulo is the instructor for the PROFIBUS DP-V1 and PA theoretical and practical modules.
Besides PROFIBUS technology, he manages the purchase department and is the main contact person for electronic products assembly.
