Spaces are a nominal 3 x 1.25 or 2.5 x 1.25 metres. Sites include a 6 ft trestle table and access to power for stand lighting and operation of display equipment. All Exhibitors are entitled to free access to the Conference presentations.

Stand spaces are allocated strictly on a first-come, first served basis, determined by the date/time of receipt of official order or other authority against which we can invoice. Spaces cannot be guaranteed as there is a finite space available.
