EXHIBITION SPACE

Spaces are a nominal 3 x 1.25 or 2.5 x 1.25 metres. Sites include a 6 ft trestle table and access to power for stand lighting and operation of display equipment. All Exhibitors are entitled to free access to the Conference presentations.

A ll stand spaces are allocated strictly on a first-come, first served basis, determined by the date/time of receipt of official order or instructions against which we can invoice. Don't leave it too late to book as there is finite space available.

Important Notice to Exhibitors

All Exhibitors will be required to comply with our  Terms & Conditions and submit a Risk Assessment prior to the event. A pro-forma Risk Assessment guideline is available to help you .

We have appointed Sue Cotten of Risk Management Solutions as our Health & Safety Advisor to ensure that the event runs smoothly from a Health & Safety point of view. In case of special requirements Sue can provide individual consultancy services to exhibitors. However, this would be outside of the scope of the contract between the Organisers and the Exhibitor and would be a matter between Risk Management Solutions and the exhibitor.

Access to Exhibition Area

• Exhibitors deliveries - follow signs from car park on to delivery area.
• Any deliveries being made on behalf of exhibitors should be clearly addressed to:
  • PROFIBUS & PROFINET User Conference, Stratford Manor Hotel,
• Exhibitors can start setting up from  11 a.m. Monday 23rd June but must be finished by 6.30p.m.
• Exhibition area is totally secure overnight but exhibitors are advised to remove small portable valuables such as laptops.
