Speakers' Instructions

With regard to your presentation, we are not planning to print a formal Proceedings this year but will be publishing the PowerPoint presentations on the web for public download after the event (please submit in PDF format for the web. Any full length papers submitted (preferably in the attached format) will also be published to the web as PDFs, but are not mandatory.

We are not planning to restrict presenters to the use of a standard PowerPoint template but would appreciate the use of the attached banner on the title page and if possible, on the slide master to appear at a bottom corner of each slide. (It would be appreciated and would help to promote your presentation if you would also use the banner with a link from your website to the Programme on ours at
www.profi-bus.co.uk/Index.asp?PageID=3 )

the deadlines are:

Monday 5th March (past!) for abstracts and final titles. Abstracts can be in the form of bullet point summaries with an indication for whom in the audience the presentation is intended.

Monday 14th May for PowerPoint presentations, which should be of a generic nature and not a product sell. The Papers Committee will be meeting on Monday 21st May to review these for content, so this is a very important deadline!

As a speaker, of course, you will be our guest for lunch and beverages throughout the day of your presentation.
